Temporary Resident Visas

 

Most travelers to Canada require a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) to enter Canada.  There are, however, some exceptions, such as citizens of Australia, France, the United States, England, and Korea. 

 

If you are currently in Canada with status as a worker or student, you may be eligible to apply from within Canada for a Temporary Resident Visa.  This will allow you to go on a vacation or visit your family while still being able to return to Canada afterwards.  If you do not qualify for an in-Canada application, you may still apply to a visa office overseas.
